The Hungarian Jewish Cultural Association and its Circle of Lovers of Painting organized an exhibition in 2002; this book presents the works of art shown there. The idea came from art historian István Hajdu, who chose a biblical quote from Genesis as a starting point: Noah’s and his sons’ covenant with God after the Flood, and the appearance of the rainbow in the sky.
